이 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱이 직접 서버로 보내는 데이터는 없습니다. 광고 표시를 위해 Google AdMob SDK 가 동작하며, 그 SDK 가 처리하는 정보는 아래 3장에 적었습니다.

1. 앱이 기기 안에만 저장하는 것

다음 값은 기기 내부의 앱 전용 저장소에만 저장됩니다. Android 자동 백업이 켜진 기기에서는 사용자의 Google 계정 백업에 함께 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 코인, 가진 신발 · 공 · 코트와 지금 고른 것
- 스페셜 공 · 스페셜 농구화 해금 진행 — 물건마다 해금 광고를 끝까지 본 횟수, 오늘 해금 광고를 본 횟수와 그 날짜
- 최고 점수, 설치 뒤 플레이한 판 수와 처음 실행한 날짜
- 설정(자동 쫓아가기 · 소리 · 진동)과, 켤 때 나오는 장면 · 결과 화면 안내를 이미 보였는지
- 광고 보상을 받은 횟수와 그 날짜, 광고 간격 기록(직전 전면 광고 뒤 판 수), 광고로 받아 두고 아직 시작하지 않은 한 판 체험 물건
- Google Play 평가 카드를 띄운 횟수와 마지막으로 띄운 날짜(같은 사용자에게 너무 자주 묻지 않기 위해)
- 업데이트 안내를 마지막으로 띄운 시각(같은 안내를 너무 자주 띄우지 않기 위해)
이 값들은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 앱이 요구하는 권한

인터넷 접근(INTERNET) — 광고와 광고 동의 확인에만 쓰입니다.
광고 ID(AD_ID) — AdMob 광고에 쓰입니다(3장).
광고 SDK 가 자동으로 넣는 권한 — 네트워크 상태 확인, Android 광고 서비스(광고 ID · 기여 분석 · 관심 주제), 백그라운드 작업 유지.
진동(VIBRATE) — 공을 잡을 때 · 판이 끝날 때 · 상점에서 사거나 갈아입을 때 짧게 진동하는 데만 쓰입니다.

카메라·위치·연락처·저장소 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

3. 광고 — Google AdMob

이 앱은 무료이며 광고로 운영됩니다. 광고는 Google LLC 의 AdMob 이 제공하며, 두 가지입니다. ① 사용자가 직접 고를 때만 보는 보상형 광고 — 결과 화면의 코인 보상, 상점의 무료 코인과 한 판 체험, 그리고 상점의 스페셜 공 · 스페셜 농구화 해금(같은 물건의 해금 광고를 정해진 횟수만큼 끝까지 보면 그 물건을 갖게 됩니다 · 하루 3회까지). ② 판이 끝난 뒤 결과 화면에서 가끔 나오는 전면 광고. 게임 도중에는 광고가 나오지 않습니다. AdMob SDK 는 광고를 고르고 부정 클릭을 막기 위해 다음을 처리할 수 있습니다.

광고 ID (Android Advertising ID) — 기기 설정에서 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다
기기 정보 (모델, OS 버전, 언어, 화면 크기), IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치, 앱 사용 이벤트(광고 노출·클릭), 비정상 종료·성능 진단 정보

이 정보는 Google 이 자사 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다: Google 개인정보처리방침 · Google 의 광고 기술. 개발자는 이 정보에 접근하지 않으며, 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.

맞춤 광고를 원하지 않으면 기기 설정의 광고 메뉴(기기마다 이름이 다를 수 있음)에서 광고 ID 를 재설정하거나 삭제하면 됩니다. 유럽 경제 지역 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 앱이 처음 켜질 때 동의 창을 띄우고, 제목 · 결과 화면의 톱니 버튼 → 설정 화면의 자물쇠 버튼에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

앱에 포함된 Google AdMob SDK 가 3장의 정보를 Google 에 전송합니다. 개발자가 직접 수집·보관하거나 제3자에게 제공하는 개인정보는 없습니다.

기록을 넘은 결과 화면의 공유 버튼을 누르면 휴대폰의 공유 창이 열립니다. 점수 문장과 Google Play 스토어 링크를 사용자가 고른 앱으로 보내며, 개발자는 그 내용을 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

기록을 넘은 결과 화면에서 가끔 Google Play 의 평가 카드(인앱 평가)가 뜰 수 있습니다. 별점과 리뷰는 Google Play 에 직접 남으며 Google Play 의 정책에 따라 처리 · 공개됩니다. 앱은 별점 · 리뷰 내용이나 평가를 남겼는지 여부를 받지 않습니다.

새 버전이 나오면 Google Play 의 업데이트 안내 창(인앱 업데이트)이 뜰 수 있습니다. 업데이트가 있는지 확인하고 내려받는 일은 Google Play 가 Google Play 의 정책에 따라 처리하며, 앱은 그 과정의 정보를 따로 모으거나 보내지 않습니다.

5. 아동

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 만들지 않았으며 아동에게서 의도적으로 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집되었다고 판단되면 아래 연락처로 알려 주십시오. 즉시 조치하겠습니다.

6. 데이터 삭제

앱을 삭제하면 기기 안의 모든 데이터(1장)가 지워집니다. 개발자 쪽에 남는 데이터가 없으므로 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

7. 변경

이 문서가 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

이 앱의 글자는 Galmuri(이민서) · Fairfax(Kreative Software) 도트 글꼴로 그렸습니다. 두 글꼴은 SIL Open Font License 1.1(https://openfontlicense.org)을 따릅니다. 골 연출 일부는 pixelfx(Patch · Hugo Duprez, MIT License — https://github.com/patch-gg/pixelfx)로 그렸습니다. 라이선스 전문은 앱 안에 함께 들어 있습니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

This app has no account or sign-in and does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, e-mail, phone number, etc.). The app itself sends nothing to any server. Ads are served by the Google AdMob SDK; what that SDK processes is described below.

1. Data stored only on your device

The following are kept in the app's private storage and may be included in your Google account backup if Android Auto Backup is on: coins; owned and currently selected shoes, balls and courts; unlock progress for the special balls and special high-tops (how many unlock ads you have watched to the end for each item, and how many unlock ads you watched today with that date); your top score, the number of runs played since install and the date of first launch; settings (auto-chase, sound, vibration) and whether the launch scene and the result-screen hint have already been shown; counts of ad rewards with their dates, ad pacing (runs since the last full-screen ad) and a one-run trial item you received from an ad but have not started yet; how many times the Google Play rating card has been shown and the date it was last shown (so you are not asked too often); and when the update prompt was last shown (so it does not appear too often). They never leave the device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

2. Permissions

INTERNET (for ads and ad consent), AD_ID (for AdMob ads), permissions the ads SDK adds automatically (network state, Android ad services: advertising ID, attribution, topics; background work) and VIBRATE (short haptic feedback when you catch the ball, when a run ends, and when you buy or equip an item in the shop). No camera, location, contacts or storage permissions are requested.

3. Advertising — Google AdMob

The app is free and ad-supported. Ads are provided by Google LLC's AdMob and are of two kinds: opt-in rewarded ads (coin rewards on the result screen, free coins and one-run trials in the shop, and unlocking the special balls and special high-tops in the shop — you get the item after watching its unlock ad to the end a set number of times, up to 3 per day) and occasional full-screen ads shown on the result screen after a run ends. No ads appear during play. To select ads and prevent fraud the AdMob SDK may process the Android Advertising ID (which you can reset or opt out of in device settings), device information (model, OS version, language, screen size), an approximate location inferred from the IP address, ad events (impressions, clicks) and crash/performance diagnostics. Google handles this data under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from ads. The developer does not access or retain this data.

To limit personalised ads, reset or delete your advertising ID from the Ads menu in your device settings (the name varies by device). In regions that require consent (such as the EEA) a consent form is shown on first launch and can be changed at any time from the gear button on the title or result screen, then the lock button in Settings.

4. Third parties

The Google AdMob SDK included in the app sends the data in section 3 to Google. The developer itself collects, retains or shares no personal data.

When you tap the share button on a result screen where you beat your record, your phone's share sheet opens. The score text and a Google Play Store link go only to the app you choose; the developer does not receive or store them.

On a result screen where you beat your record the app may occasionally show Google Play's in-app rating card. Ratings and reviews go directly to Google Play and are handled and published under Google Play's policies. The app does not receive your rating, your review text or whether you left one.

When a new version is available, Google Play's update prompt (in-app updates) may appear. Checking for and downloading updates is handled by Google Play under Google Play's policies; the app does not collect or send any information from that process.

5. Children

The app is not directed at children, and no information is knowingly collected from children. If you believe a child under 14 has provided data, contact us and it will be addressed immediately.

6. Deletion

Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data. No data exists on the developer's side, so no separate deletion request is needed.

7. Changes

Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.

8. Fonts and effects

Text in this app is drawn with the Galmuri (Lee Minseo) and Fairfax (Kreative Software) pixel fonts, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (https://openfontlicense.org). Part of the scoring effects is drawn with pixelfx (Patch · Hugo Duprez, MIT License — https://github.com/patch-gg/pixelfx). The full license texts ship inside the app.
